Compressed air blowing unit (consisting of 1 or more blowers) for rolling lubricant wet part removal from rolled material surface.

DRYER

Hot air blower unit for rolling lubricant wet part drying from rolled material surface. Air temperature 80 °C generated by a dedicated blower. 

Best when combined with air wiping.

HOT
WATER
UNIT

It is made up of a hot water bath, with fluid recirculation and filtering, as well as air strippers for fluid removal. It can be equipped with an ultrasonic device. Generally, it operates with water up to 100 °C. Addition of chemical detergent possible. It is used for removal of rolling lubricant traces from C steel and stainless steel wire.

ELECTROLYTIC
UNIT

It is made up of an alkaline solution bath, with fluid recirculation and filtering, as well as hot water rinsing unit. Generally, it operates with fluid up to 60 °C. It is used for removal of rolling lubricant traces from low carbon steel wire.

POLISHING UNIT

Highly efficient to obtain a top-glossy, micro-satin finishing and aesthetically perfect surface finish of end product. It comes in single (2 pairs of polishing wheels) and double (4 pairs of polishing wheels). Polishing wheels slide sideways to process the full width of end product. Wheels pressure is self-adjusting to compensate their wear. Efficiency optimization by proper selection of wheel grain and type.

Best end results when combined with shot blasting unit at the entry of rolling mill and with inline rolls cleaning. Suitable for ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
